Our Story
We started as CareerLife Foundation, providing training and mentorship to help people step into their first roles. But over time, we saw that without sustainable, scalable solutions—ones that people are willing to pay for, and employers are willing to partner on—the same gaps would persist.
So, we evolved. We became CareerLife Global, a social enterprise. We still run programs like Career Moms Mentorship and Employability Fitness, but now we build them with sustainability in mind. We design offerings that can scale, be paid for, be invested in, not just depend on donations.
Passionate – Dedicated – Professional
What Drives Us
Meet Our Team of Experts
We are more than a team, we are a community of change-makers. From career coaches to industry leaders, our experts are united by one goal: to close the skills gap and build pathways to prosperity

One of the classes completely transformed my mindset around childbearing and balancing a career. I understand that having children is not limitation- it’s part of growth. Being a career mom doesn’t make me a failure for dropping my kids off and heading to work. On the contrary, I’m building a brighter future for them through the work i do.
