Our Story
CareerLife Global began in 2019 as a community initiative supporting young Nigerians to navigate the transition from education into the workforce.
Through coaching, mentorship, and employability training, we helped thousands of young people secure their first professional opportunities.
Over time, we recognized a deeper challenge: the gap between skills development and employment access.
Today, CareerLife Global focuses on building trusted pathways between talent and employers, helping individuals become workplace-ready while supporting organizations to access capable and motivated professionals.
CareerLife Staffing: We employ graduates and place them with companies (earning placement fees)
CareerLife Digital Services Hub: Mothers and youth deliver remote services to businesses (earning project income)
CareerLife Learning Academy: We sell corporate training services (cross-subsidizing free training for disadvantaged youth)

One of the classes completely transformed my mindset around childbearing and balancing a career. I understand that having children is not limitation- it’s part of growth.
