Employability Fitness Program

Many graduates and young job seekers have good academic credentials but lack the practical, non-academic skills that employers demand. They are unable to properly express themselves during interviews and get rejected. Because of this skills mismatch, they apply for many roles, get rejected or stuck in roles far below their potential.

Employability Fitness is a structured 6-week cohort program that blends soft-skills workshops, digital literacy, live interview simulation, CV & application coaching, and one-on-one mentorship. Participants will also engage in live projects and employer panels to understand real workplace expectations.
