You’re not alone. In Nigeria,60% of mothers leave the workforce after childbirth and struggle to return. Not because they’re less capable, but because systems aren’t built for them.

Program Format

Success Metrics

Duration: 12 weeks (Saturdays, 3 hours + weekday 1:1 sessions)

This intensive 12-week program is designed to deliver comprehensive learning while accommodating busy schedules.

Delivery: Fully online (accessible from anywhere in Africa)

This 12-week program is delivered entirely online, providing flexible access for participants anywhere in Africa.

Cohort Size: 40 mothers per cohort

Each cohort is intentionally limited to exactly 40 mothers. This focused group size is designed to foster a supportive, tight-knit community.

Cost: ₦50k (₦30k early bird)

The standard enrollment fee for the program is ₦50,000. However, participants who register ahead of time can take advantage of a discounted early bird rate, securing their spot for just ₦30,000.

Childcare: Virtual program = you manage your schedule

Because the program is fully virtual, you have the flexibility to manage your own time. This setup allows you to seamlessly balance your learning with your childcare responsibilities
